Customer Privacy

IPCopper personnel will not access, view, or listen to any customer communications or customer records, except as reasonably necessary to provide products and services, including but not limited to the following: (a) customer service and support requests; (b) detection, prevention, or to otherwise address fraud, security, billing or technical issues; (c) as deemed necessary or advisable by IPCopper in good faith to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (d) for the purposes of provisioning and/or delivering products or service(s) to the Customer.

IPCopper will not purposely sell or disclose customer records and/or customer communications without approval and/or request from the Customer or when required by law or when requested by a government agency, except as outlined above. IPCopper may disclose certain Customer Records to its suppliers for the purposes of provisioning and/or delivering products or service(s) to the Customer.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, IPCopper reserves the right to publicize or disclose any information collected by IPCopper to protect or advance the interests of IPCopper, its directors, its employees or its shareholders for any reason; this policy shall not be construed to preclude IPCopper from disclosing any information it sees fit to further public policy, the public interest or the public right to know or to facilitate discussion of topics of public interest.

Disputes

Any action related to this Privacy Policy will be governed by Oregon law. The forum and the venue for any disputes and claims, including but not limited to defamation, libel and confidentiality claims, arising out of any agreements and/or related to any transactions between IPCopper, Inc. and you shall be, at IPCopper, Inc.'s sole and exclusive option, in Multnomah County, Oregon and/or federal district of Oregon. Any provision of these terms that is prohibited or unenforceable under the laws of the State of Oregon shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability, without impairing or invalidating the remaining provisions of these terms. No other choice of law or jurisdiction will apply.
